Are you a sing-your-heart-out type of person in a desperate need for a karaoke night? Whether you live in Atlanta, or you’re just passing by, if your heart desires some showing-off in the music department, we are here to give you a list of karaoke restaurants in Atlanta. In these, you can drink as much as you want to, eat some decent food, and sing until you are out of breath.
Well, let’s face it, for those of us who are completely bad at singing, some booze might be the only thing that could boost our musical confidence. This is why we believe that the restaurant you will visit has to have a solid bar. We need that fuel, people!
We don’t know about you, but we enjoy it when people have no clue what the heck they are doing. Why is that? Because people who can sing are actually annoying and no fun at all because they are too darn predictable. Yeah, it sounds great and everything, but this isn’t the X Factor, gees.
We like to watch real people embarrass themselves and laugh with them. This, and a little bit of alcohol, gives us the guts to go out on that stage and try this ourselves. It’s even better if there is a live band, and karaoke bars are crowded. Some of the best times in our lives happened on Tuesday and Saturday nights when we were singing and laughing about how terrible we sing. And now, without further ado, here is our list.
This karaoke bar offers a wide choice of more than 100,000 songs you can sing. Chaplins is located just off the downtown Roswell square. If you are after some good fun, this place hosts karaoke nights on Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday.
Happy Karaoke is open seven days a week, and naturally, you can sing all you want in this gloomy bar. The place is close to Buford Highway, but you can’t miss it because a giant neon sign shines inviting you in.
If you are feeling a bit nostalgic about the long-gone college days, this karaoke bar will revive those memories. Moondogs offers cheap drinks and Wednesday karaoke nights.
Buford Highway offers not one, but two Karaoke Melodies in North-East Atlanta. This one happens to be the original karaoke place. It is open seven days a week. Karaoke Melody offers private rooms and plenty of disco lights and glitter to bring out your inner Whitney Houston. And as for the thing we need the most — our liquid courage — there is a wide variety of beverages.
Karaoke Melody II
Just like the first one, Karaoke Melody II is a place where you get to embarrass yourself in front of friends and strangers. However, there is a slight difference between these two. Karaoke Melody II rents karaoke equipment by the hour. The place is open Friday and Saturday, from 6 p.m. to 3 a.m.
Kroger N Decatur Rd
This is the place where you can never run out of wine. As we all know, where there’s wine, you will be guaranteed some funny karaoke evenings. Therefore, you should look no further, hit the road, and head straight to the North Decatur, which is open every Saturday from 6 p.m.
